NAOYUN EEG Earphones are the world’s first consumer-grade non-invasive in-ear EEG earphones developed by Shanghai Brainwave Technology Co., Ltd. They integrate EEG (electroencephalography) sensors and AI algorithms into traditional audio playback functions, enabling real-time brainwave acquisition, mental state monitoring, and thought-based interactive control.
This product uses non-invasive EEG signals as the core judgment basis, combined with multimodal sensing, to achieve early detection of mental fatigue and attention deficit in workers.
If you want a brain-computer interface that fits in your pocket and delivers real-time neurofeedback during your commute, the NAOYUN EEG Earphones are the most ambitious consumer BCI wearable to watch in 2026.
Shanghai-based NAOYUN Technology recently launched the Veetra Alpha brain-computer interface (BCI) TWS earphones. This product, which integrates professional BCI technology with high-end earphone functions, is attempting to break through the industry bottleneck of smart wearable devices that “only quantify the body, not interpret the mind.” For the past decade, the wearable market, dominated by smartwatches … Read more
In the evolution of wearable devices, we’ve seen a shift from the wrist (smartwatches) to the eyes (AR glasses), and finally to the ears (TWS earbuds). However, most existing earbuds remain at the “output” level—playing music and transmitting voice—rarely able to truly “input” the user’s inner state. This impasse was completely broken with the emergence … Read more
